integrated rocket systems/engine component test stands,

lox/methane facilities pads and all hydraulic actuated systems.

With many accomplishments on multiple sites such as Raptor,

LSCS, Tri-pod and our most recent build RVS.

• Responsible for fabricating, building or changing anything that

may be needed during the development and testing of engines,

test stands, and our lox/methane facilities pads.

• Specializing in the fabrication and install of stainless

tubing/piping and the install of all components such as valves,

Actuator’s, check valves, RTD’s, Filters, Regulators and

Transducers.

• Worked and collaborated with the test and design engineers to

ensure their builds/designs are completed with exact

specifications to achieve the proper functioning order that is

needed for correct operation procedures.

• Able to read schematics/ LOTO procedure packets

• Responsible for overseeing and maintaining high pressure/low

pressure pumps, Derrick pumps and conditioner pumps.

• Service/maintain/repair heavy equipment.

• Welding and fab on anything that needs repair.

• Pm, grease and maintain up keep on motors, pumps, conveyor

belts, buckets, dryer, rotex, sizer screens, trash screens,

attrition cells, ore tank, grizzly belt, reversing belts, wet stacker,

oversize stacker.

• Can operate front end loaders, track hoes, forklifts and man

baskets.

reconfigurations on various types of equipment/systems to

keep plant in complete operational order

• Responsible for overseeing and fixing any problems that may occur during the well flow test. Keeping all test equipment such as meters, sand traps, plug catchers, manifolds, flare stacks, frac stacks, flow lines, two and three phase separators, all in functioning order during test flow. Documenting all comeback results of well, and sending in reports every four hours to production superintendent until well is stable enough to go through production equipment and turn over to lease Operator/Pumper.
