I currently work for the ham line removing the bone from the ham. I'll also do anything that is asked of me. I also volunteer to work on Saturdays to box trim if the ham line doesn't work.

I would have to put iron in a furnace to melt it down. I would also have to use a shovel to get the slag out of the furnace. I would also have to use a probe to constantly check the temperature. On the weekends I would have to do fire watch.

We would go to different factors on the weekend and put new augers or belts on. I would help my co workers change out motors in the machines if they were bad. I would also do metal fabrication to build guard rails or ladders for cat walks.
