ERP System Upgrade - acted as Cutover Lead and executed a solid upgrade (over 4,000 integrations and applications) of a centralized legacy system and successfully reduced business operations and supply chain risks. Zero cases were lost and operational support costs were reduced by $1M a year.
Delivered 8 WMS (Warehouse Management System) sites. Assessed each team member's responsibilities and delegated tasks to balance each employee's workload.
Created comprehensive technical manual to be used by IT set-up team for future warehouse deployments and functionality changes. Used Playbook to configure, test, and successfully deliver 10+ warehouses without issue on time.
Utilized Service Now and provided 24/7 support for web- and client-based applications, file and data feeds and batch processes to prevent impact to business
