Roxboro Housing Authority - SHARP Non-Congregate Housing Shelter (New Construction)

• Revitalize and rework a previous design for Non-Congregate unhoused shelter from a grant award won in 2023
• Reduce square footage of building from ~8,900 to ~7,000 due to budget constraints while maintaining building functionality
• Designing spaces for single and family sleeping units for both men and women's wings in facility
• Redesign roof line, exterior material usage, building protrusions, and overall aesthetics within budget
• Contacting Housing Authority representatives and SHARP representatives to ensure design meets guidelines and expectations
• Ensure that facility is up to NC Building Code Standards, as well as ADA compliance
• Create construction documents to be used in MEP development, construction, and bidding processes (Floor Plan, Dimension Plan, Reflected Ceiling Plan, Roof Plan, Building Elevations, Building Sections, Wall Sections, Sill/Jamb/Head details, Interior Elevations, Casework/Restroom Keynotes/Details, Roofing Details, Foundation Plans, and Sitework)
• Send architectural documents to engineering firm to generate MEP drawings maintain a constant stream of communication with engineers to facilitate information and guarantee accuracy
• Work alongside experienced professionals and learning more in regards to building codes, construction processes, real-world architectural applications, and much more

Thomasville Housing Authority - Burn Unit Rebuild (New Construction)

- Identify needs to rebuild 8plex apartment unit for Thomasville Housing Authority

- Utilize original construction drawings, alongside references from previous projects in-firm to begin generating new full construction set

- Work alongside experienced professionals to revise and markup drawings

- Draw Floor Plan, Elevations, Building Sections, Wall Sections, Site Plans, Water/Sewage/Power tie ins, etc.

-Turn in drawings to engineering firm to produce Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings

East Carolina Housing Authority Window Screen Field Set Development

• Reference older drawings of unit floor plans in Roseboro and Clinton, NC
• Locate window locations and create schedules of window sizes
• Note these sizes for an in-person site visit to confirm dimensions and window sizes to be used in construction drawing development later on

Pinehurst Golf Course Renderings

- Utilize 3D modeling software to develop early renderings for public gathering/shopping buildings within golf course grounds

- Working with Rhino3D, Adobe, and AI software to generate photo-realistic renderings
