· Oversee, drive, develop and maintain OSHA compliance in all procedures and policies for all Milton CAT facilities in Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire.
· Conduct monthly and quarterly compliance inspections at all Milton facilities to ensure regulations and standards are thoroughly met and maintained.
· Monitor and maintain OSHA 300 log
· Conduct all accident, incident, injury and near-miss investigation of root cause and implement corrective action.
· Conduct annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly safety trainings both in-person and virtual.
· Audit all safety compliance inspection documentation.
· Conduct customer site visit with employee job shadowing.
· Oversee and drive safety incentive program.
· Oversee and drive all product lines - Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lights/Systems, Pre-engineered systems (wet/dry chemical), Special Hazards (clean agent), Hood Cleaning, Shop/warehouse.
· Oversee and drive a $5.6m budget, P & L, Forecast and inventory on all suppression materials Effectively manage technicians and installers on a daily basis while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
· Planning and maintaining the inspections, service, installation, and shop/warehouse to 100%on-time.
· Conduct regular department meetings, training and development via - in house and field training with quality control audits.
· Support internal and external customers to ensure total customer satisfaction.
· Provide training to all drivers, as applicable under corresponding state and federal regulations.
· Prepare and maintain records of all drug and alcohol test to include random drug and alcohol screenings.
· Comply with all Hazardous Material transportation regulations.
· Oversee and drive inventory process for the entire Suppression department ensuring inventory goals are met or exceeded.
· Perform proper distribution and tracking of equipment to warehouse stockroom to technician’s personal inventory.
· Monitor weekly debrief revenue.
· Ensuring employees have and utilize proper PPE.
· Conduct all accident, incident, injury, and near-miss investigation of root cause and implementing corrective actions.
· Inspect service and sell Fire Extinguisher, Emergency Lights/Systems, pre-engineered wet chemical/dry chemical systems.
· Ensure all inspections and service request are completed on time.
· Maintain and drive weekly / monthly / yearly quota.
· Support all other RSSR’s, order equipment, delegate inspections and service requests.
