From a early on in my wind turbine career I had the pleasure and experience of working with many people across the U.S. bringing many different personalities along the way. Learning the best way to navigate through disagreements and difficulties along the way while finding resolutions. My physical work ethic and knowledge amongst many different minds has helped me later in life when i decided to pursue the career of correctional officer. I now feel I am ready to lead inside of the correctional facility promoting safety and leading by example. Time on the emergency response team at Dixon has shown that when times call for a simple talk to de-escalate or should a cell extraction need completed, I am able to rise to any occasion. I believe my general knowledge and great relationships I carry with fellow staff and also individuals in custody will be valued.

Starting right out of the correctional academy I was voted "most professional". I am looked at as a viable asset in the DPU of dixon correctional which houses our max inmates. I have earned a permanent spot 5 days a week on Dixons ERT.
Conducting myself in a manner that was looked highly upon, following orders, and showing respect to all staff represented a professional demeanor that voted me #1 in my class.
