Since day one of my official career I have taken every opportunity to excel on my previous endeavors which enhanced myself forward to further my career. I have currently been the lead cook/General Manager for the last 16 years from my previous position. I helped design the menu & recipes for both of these restaurants, which enhanced and grew our customer base. I opened up with 7 Stone in 2015 formulated all recipes from scratch dough, pizza. and specialty pizza's. I was was in control of food cost, ordering, menu pricing and working along with the local vendors to enhance our food/beverage pricing, along with overall margins. Also in charge of staffing, inventory, ordering and overseeing all aspects of the operation.
