- Led a Vendor Management Sprint, coaching, supervising, and auditing five operational work teams, which yielded approximately $7.9MM in recurring annual savings across all areas.
- Co-authored a new Vehicle Policy, which resulted in standardized vehicle dispositions and reporting, and served as Fleet Manager, collaborating with Operations to optimize the fleet, auctioning more than 150 vehicles, and reducing annual vehicle expenses by >$1.6MM.
- Built and supervised a supply chain function, developing a Supply Chain Policy and standardized framework for strategic sourcing and supporting the Operations and HSE&R functions with vendor onboarding and contractor management.
