• Perform preventive maintenance activities, including sewer line cleaning and routine inspections to minimize service disruptions.

• Identify, document, and report infrastructure defects and environmental hazards to support public health protection and system reliability.

• Collect field data and maintain inspection and preventive maintenance records to support operational planning and compliance activities.

• Utilize Hansen software to document work activities, track assets, maintain records, and support regulatory compliance requirements.

• Utilize geographic information systems (GIS) to document and manage utility assets, enhancing data accuracy and accessibility.

• Utilize vacuum/jet trucks, pumps, and CCTV equipment to assess system conditions, conduct inspections, and support maintenance planning.

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of pipelines, valves, and manholes within wastewater collection assets.

• Respond to sewer backups and emergency service calls by troubleshooting system failures and implementing corrective actions to restore service.

• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergency response while adhering to established safety procedures.
