• Develop and maintain expertise on key concepts for an Amplify Literacy or STEM program and its related professional development offerings
• Understand customers' unique contexts and deliver professional development to meets their needs
• Engage in internal professional development, such as being observed, receiving feedback and being coached in order to support you to consistently deliver excellent professional development
• Track and complete deliverables related to session logistics in a timely manner

• Implement a comprehensive needs assessment that identifies parent, student, teacher, and community needs and act on the results
• Establish and/or support communication practices that build strong parent and community interactions with the staff
• Collaborate and support the Community Schools Program Director and District-level coordinator to support the implementation of Chattanooga's services and supports ecosystem, identifying alignment with parent, student, teacher, and community needs
• Support Hamilton County Schools principals, teachers, and other stakeholders in pursuing academic growth and student success
• Assist principal and leadership team with designing, monitoring and evaluating transformational turnaround strategies.

• Evaluate the work of staff and volunteers to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively
• Establish and oversee administrative procedures to meet objectives set by boards of directors or senior management
• Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies and organizations in community to meet community needs and to ensure that services are not duplicated

• Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicate those objectives to students
• Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and to determine priorities for their children and their resource needs
• Prepare students for later grades by encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to persevere with challenging tasks
• Prepare, administer, and grade tests and assignments to evaluate students' progress
• Confer with parents or guardians, teachers, counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral and academic problems

● Provide private instruction to individual or small groups of students to improve academic performance, improve occupational skills, or prepare for academic or occupational tests.

● Teach students study skills, note-taking skills, and test-taking strategies.

● Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, school administrators, or counselors to determine student needs, develop tutoring plans, or assess student progress
