Implementation of Electronic Health Record and Practice Management:
Developed an RFP, in collaboration with executive leadership assisted in negotiating the terms and conditions, as well the Implementation of Electronic Health Records, and Practice Management systems at multiple healthcare organizations throughout my career.
Implementation of Human Resource Information Systems:
Developed an RFP in collaboration with executive leadership in the selection and implementation of a next generation HRIS platform. This transformational platform provided significant value in time savings via time punches (via app, computer or terminal), reporting to information gathering for streamlined onboarding and separation process leveraging integration with Microsoft or an ITSM. Through several mergers and acquisitions I have experience in leading and assisting the HR team migrating from multiple HRIS systems (Paycom, UKG, ADP).
Implementation of Telehealth Technology Solution:
Worked with leadership to implement Cisco WebEx Cloud prior to th e Covid-19 Pandemic. Leveraging a combination of physical room kits for group session, and VoIP phones to soft phones. This platform was crucial in allowing the organization to continue clinical operations via telehealth and now is a core platform for web meetings, and team collaboration.
Experienced through Mergers and Acquisitions core technologies:
As the organization matured I successfully led the technical team through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Focused on consolidation, deprecation and integration of systems platforms. Implemented a cloud first initiative and moved legacy platforms to the cloud. I have also led migrations in major core platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 to Google Cloud, and Google Workspace and back to Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365.
Implementation of ITIL principles using ITSM:
Another area of importance was the Implementation of a robust ITSM platform Freshservice . Which allowed the adoption of ITIL principles such as change management and problem management modules to improve on the end user experience and to prevent avoidable outages from occurring from patches or updates. This platform adoption provided IT a mechanism to identify problem areas, create a plan to implement an enhancement or fix in addition to a back out plan along with the approval of the committee which allows feedback and visibility. This helped IT prioritize efforts in a concise meaningful manner and provided value to the organization as a result.
