Through 20+ years of Sales and leadership responsibilities I have attained a wealth of leadership and knowledge from excellent mentors. I have been fortunate enough to have opportunities to excel in roles that I enjoyed, and at the same time challenged me personally and professionally. My ability to engage with employees and colleagues has proven beneficial in the past and in the present in financial performance as well as interpersonal relationships with those that I work with on a daily basis. My background in industrial sales and in the casework industry offer me an wide lens from which to view the total picture of the customer experience. I have enjoyed coaching and mentoring young and more seasoned in order to help them succeed. I have been fortunate to have learned and grown in a servant leadership style from those that we in my path and look forward to continuing along that path.

Sole owner that manages daily tasks and handle all financial and operational aspects of the cabinet shop. Duties include procurement at acceptable levels and terms, planning, work flow, production, quality assurance and installation. Supervise a team of 3-6 employees to ensure schedules and requirements are met. Ensure safe working environment and safety resources as needed and required. Responsible for all LLC filings and financial reporting. Through efforts of our team of employees we have grown sales from $142,000 in 2022 to $438k in 2024.

Led a team of 5 Sales Representatives to ensure satisfactory achievement of monthly and annual sales goals and quotas. Developed strategies to penetrate new business and acquire new market share while at the same time providing exemplary customer service to existing accounts. Responsible for the complete P&L for 5 retail locations. Motivated and retained high performers within my District to grow our margins and meet annual EBITDA requirements. Managed 43 other employees that included Fill Plant Operators, Administrative, Inside Sales, Branch Managers, and District Operations Manager across those retail locations. Through these actions and strategies we were able to be named "Small and Large Airgas Districts of the Year" four times in six years. (Monroe, NC twice and Colfax and High Point, NC) Met all EBITDA goals during this period. Ensured company wide safety compliance and created a hospitable working atmosphere for all employees in the district.

Worked closely with the Area Vice President to ensure financial metrics we met or exceeded. Handled day to day operational issues for 11 retail locations in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Ensured that customer needs and requirements were met through back office programming and completion. Worked with the Area Vice President to lead monthly sales meetings to review sales data and metrics to help Outside Sales Representatives meet their personal goals as well as compnay goals. Worked very closely with key customer accounts (Daimler, Atrium Health, Baptist Medical, Thomas Built Bus, and Mickey Truck Bodies) to provide high levels of customer service and retention. Executed plant wide vending programs at key accounts to streamline and increase margins in these large accounts. Led SAP integration and trained Airgas employees across all divisions.
