As a caretaker J I'm responsible for daily upkeep of building maintenance, my dusties include cleaning the lobby and elevators, bulking down the building, mopping floors, deck brushing stairs, removing trash from the trash cans infront of the building and policing the grounds

I have also spent time with the grounds crew where my responsibilities were to maintain grounds around the housing development. I mowed lawns, pruned trees and bushes, laid blacktop

I also would help caretaker X when they would work on move outs. Working on move out basically was the removal of furniture left in the apartment when former tenats left or were evicted. After the removal of all furniture and debris. We'd start the clean up process.
