Working for Trader Joes for over 20 years has taught me a lot. Helped developed me into the man I am before you. It has taught me to think quick on my feet. How to deal with the public and to deal with employees who would rather be somewhere else. Worked at stores that made( at the time) a million a week.

Learned to build on my listening skills to also to improve on my ability to take charge. To listen and hear customers wants and needs as well as stop conflicts between customers.

saw an add in the paper and my wife at the time encouraged me to to enter and so I thought about it and through God I started to write words on the paper then after moment after being done. She read it and thought wow its real good and it won. 2nd place out of 5800 people. definitely a proud moment.

Also target shooting is another hobby of mine I have 8 guns but that is more for me. No competition challenges, yet.
