Notable projects

Chichester Middle School, Burns Mechanical, 2014

Apprentice fitter at Chichester Middle school. Job was a complete renovation of all heating and cooling systems for the entire school. Renovations included new porkchop boilers, chillers, and fan coil units.

DSM Biomedical Sierra Dr, SDA Mechanical, 2016

Mechanical superintendent for new DSM Biomedical building out of the ground in Exton PA. Oversaw mechanical construction for Fitters, Plumbers, Tinknockers, and Service fitters. Job included hundreds of feet of butt welded polypropylene underground piping. Building also included a reactor skid that made the raw material for contact lenses. Skid contained thousands of feet of sanitary stainless steel tubing and schedule 10 stainless steel vent piping. All tubing was orbital welded and vent piping was manually tig welded. Job took ~3 years to fully complete with tenant occupying about 2 years in.

DSM, Upenn, and Eisai Lab Renovations, SDA Mechanical, 2015-2022

Supervisor and area foreman of Multiple (20+) Lab renovations. Jobs have included various Medical/Lab gas and equipment installations. Jobs have also included the mechanical heating and cooling equipment as well as associated piping.
