I use .045 hardwire and .045 metalcore to weld parts used to build airplane hangers. I also use a cutting torch, arc gouger and power tools to fabricate. I also read blue prints for this job.

• I weld and fabricate using metalcore on mild steel. I use a drill press, iron shear, grinder, saw, battery powered drills and air die grinder to fabricate truck frames that are used for working on wells.

• Storefront, Office partitions, drive thru windows, caulking, herculite glass and doors.

• I weld various parts for fire trucks including bumpers on mild steel and aluminum.

• Install store front and curtainwall, Caulk frames, break metal, hang doors and install closers.

• Install semi-framed, frameless, sliders; skyline sliders

• Install glass, install and fabricate metal hardware and caulking. I have experience with Curtainwall, Storefront, mirrors and showers. I also welded curtainwall clips onto I beams.

• Responsibilities Mig welding thin gauge galvanized steel frames together, grind weld flush, sand and spray primer on frame. Aluminum Mig welding.

• Responsibilities Pull parts off shelf, count parts on scale, package parts to be shipped.
• Accomplishments Trained new employee's, go to guy when something needed to be done in a timely manner and I filled in for the supervisor when he was absent.

• Responsibilities Maintenance on molds, change cavities on molds, I also learned basic machinist skills and did some TIG welding.
• Accomplishments I received a good employee review, I was certified to use the forklift and I constantly asked to learn as much as possible to become more versatile.
• Skills Used GTAW, Lathe, Mill, Bandsaw, power tools, hand tools, grinding wheel, belt sander, fabrication, and resurfacing.
