I have gained major insight to the industry as well as built strong relationships with the partners, clients and coworkersinvolved. I am looking to further progress my career in the engineering industry by providing guidance and leadership so that I can ensure every project is a success.

  • Coordinate with Engineering office for proper design and construction of the product.
  • Design and modify hydronic and domestic water systems for our product where applicable.
  • Draft and incorporate work instructions for technicians on Production Floor.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to technicians on Production Floor to ensure completion of product.
  • Pressure test and sometimes flow test product to required specs per the owner.
  • Provide guidance to local contractors as to how to assemble the product when it goes to site.

  • Design complete plumbing and medical gas systems for healthcare buildings primarily owned by Phoenix Children's Hospital, Mayo Clinic and Banner. All designs are completed while abiding by such codes as the IPC, UPC and NFPA 99 respectively.
  • Plans drafted by Revit by Autodesk and are approved for construction by licensed professional engineers.
  • Collaborate with partnering architects and vendors as well as clients to make sure that all "needs" are met.
  • Plumbing design includes calculating total loads, flow rates and total head losses to size the pipe and various equipment for the the domestic hot and cold water systems. Equipment sizing includes water softeners, water heaters, mixing valves, and house booster pumps.
  • Like plumbing design, medical gas system design includes calculating total loads, flow rates and total head losses to size the pipe and various equipment for the medical gas system. Equipment sizing includes medical vacuum pumps, medical air compressors, and storage tanks for bottled gases.
  • Assist in drafting and design of HVAC systems. Drafting and design of HVAC systems includes sizing & routing of ducts, diffuser & VAV placement, and sizing & routing of both chilled and boiler water loops.
