  • OSC (SW) Compton retired from the Navy in December of 2006 and was hired by Lockheed Martin to work in the AEGIS Officer Training CSO Pipeline. In 2017, Mr. Compton retired from full-time Lockheed Martin employee and was rehired as a casual employee to fill a billet as a traveling instructor conducting waterfront training at the fleet concentration areas. In 2021, Mr. Compton because a regular part-time employee due to increased manning issues caused by the pandemic.
