I am in charge of mechanical, electrical, and robotic troubleshooting and repair. The technician also works with operators to ensure a high standard of parts during the PM of the coater. Process Tech for flowcoat area. This process includes four stage washer and flow coater. Performed checks every two hours, washer tank pH, Silica level, and soap wash level. Regen for Dipods, waste water collected in tankneutralized to seven using hydrocloric acid or sodium hydroxide. Then, safe to discharge and drain. This area also included two LRCs where reflector was coated for illumization process.
