Worked as a vinyl siding and window contractor from the time I moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 1999. Installed siding and windows on stilt houses, condos, new construction houses as well as existing houses. This includes fabricating metal, covering all overhangs, trim, ceilings, columns etc. I have also installed window enclosures on several condos along the Grand Strand as well as residential homes. Used variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks.

I traveled to the US Virgin islands sold and later installed gutter and metal trim on a multi unit condo development. The job was to design and fabricate gutter and metal to conserve their water as well as protect the property from the elements and iguanas.
