• Checked and repaired guests issues in rooms , pool , and convention centers .Trained a Maintenance Technician to properly troubleshoot to not cause more expense or time wasted to the Hotel .
• Diagnosed equipment for reasons of not working .
• Worked on and repaired residential split systems for rooms and set up a maintenance program , Maintained PTACS as well for rooms and hallways .

• Checked and cleaned parking lot and entrance as needed .
• Went to rooms with repair tickets and repaired electrical, plumbing , and HVAC errors .
• Set up a maintenance program for PTACS in rooms and hallways
• Cleaned and repaired Ice Machine as needed .
• Collaborated with Manager and Staff to get day to day projects done in a quicly manner .
