Highly motivated and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician with 16 years of
experience in the Maintenance field, and an Information Technology Degree. Worked
multiple years in the Army, being responsible for the maintenance of over
$120,000,000 worth of equipment. Worked shift rotation for multiple years for Michelin
as a troubleshooter, and spent a year as a Machine Responsible Technician,
responsible for the maintenance and upgrades of textile cutter equipment. I used CMMS systems to record work processes, catalog parts used, and create follow up work orders when needed. Worked
with quality, scheduling, and production personnel, to identify, acquire, and install
upgrades for all aspects of the cutters. Worked with Royal Paper as a Controls Technician, and PennAluminum as the department Electrical Engineer, working with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Omron PLC's and drives. This Includes time sensitive troubleshooting of breakdowns, planned upgrades, and heavy re-programming of the PLC's and Drives. Developed from scratch new preventative maintenance procedures, work orders, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures and implemented them in the workspace.
