• Used forklifts and pallet jacks to relocate products. Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas. Kept warehouse stations and equipment in good working order in line with OSHA requirements.

In this job I rowed beans with a hoe. I was given a task of taking out all the weeds and also being efficient with all the crew members.

This job included me power washing seed box’s, Making sure product is cleaned and ready to go. During my time at Latham I was able to learn how to operate a forklift, as well as manage my time. During this time I was a young 16 year old kid and I was introduced to what hard work was. While working this job I also worked at the hospital as part of an internship in the maintenance department, though juggling two jobs I found something in myself and that a good work ethic and I truly pride myself in that.

This job allowed me to really see what goes on behind the scenes. I was tasked with keeping up with all outside work and making it look good. During this time I was able to go through training such as CPR. With supervision I learned to keep up with all hospital maintenance and learned how to further more mange my time.
