-Appointed as the workcenter supervisor. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of over 81,000 man hours of maintenance performed on the weapon system.

-Appointed as the ship's Schools Coordinator ensuring over 60 personnel attended training courses required for the safe and correct operation of a nuclear powered submarine, and equipping them to do their everyday jobs.

-My technical knowledge and research of the Strategic Weapon System allowed me to fulfill various critical roles over the course of 7 certification events to verify that our crew was ready to execute our mission of Strategic Deterrence.

-I stepped in as Day Shift Lead during an explosive handling period. I supervised the removal, installation, and verification testing of 8 Trident II D5 Missiles. This role is typically only performed by an individual with twice the experience in this field than the experience I had.
