  • Responsible for hiring and standing up 6 development teams, defining and implementing AGILE SDLC based on the SAFE model, as well as processes and procedures used to deliver software.
  • Oversee 6 Team Leads, 2 Senior Leads to manage day to day delivery of sprint commitments of the ~30 developers and ~20 QA team members.
  • Work directly with Executive Leadership to address issues and roll out initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot overall health of the project deliverables.
  • Serve as Release Train Engineer (SAFE), manage Triage process, as well as several other roles.

  • This product allowed for information missing from loans from the different products but needed by the cores.
  • Manage a multi-year initiative to create a multi-tenant, hosted application replacing the legacy software that was in place at 1,800 financial institutions that is at risk.

  • Served as Scrum Master/Team Lead for FCM (FlexConnect Configuration Manager).
  • Created and implemented Agile SDLC for FCM Project to follow.
  • Successfully lead and completed technology update estimation project to replace an at risk legacy product that was written on visual basic 6 that was falling out of support.
  • This was a 30 day project viability study on if it can be done in a cost effective measure. This project was a success and the project was approved.
  • Architect/Create API/Middle Tier infrastructure for Project.
  • Lead efforts to research and document Azure technologies to be used in hosting FCM solution.

  • Took the lead in designing and creating Cloud Solution (ActiveView Platform); an environment where ActiveView Content Management software, and other D+H solutions, could be hosted in the Datacenter as Software as a Service (SAAS).
  • Was one of 2 developers who designed and created Distributed Capture application and services to support remote upload of content into ActiveView Content Management.
  • Created all middle tier/back end functionality needed for key Document Tracking functionality in AVCM to facilitate identifying content required to satisfy policies at the financial institution.
  • Helped design/create Document Retention functionality to automatically delete content no longer meeting criteria defined by the financial institution.
