Responsibilities included servicing, selling and referring consumer banking JPMorgan Chase products, such as personal and business checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, IRAs, home equity lines of credit, credit card, auto loans and mortgage purchases and refinances. Performed cross-selling of Chase products and services, with an emphasis on business banking deposit and lending products with clients who are local business owners, including business lines of credit, business loans, merchant services and business credit cards. Also assisted with helping the branch reach its monthly, quarterly and annual branch goals, including profit margin, customer satisfaction scores, compliance and operations, and overall branch performance. Other responsibilities included working closely with Chase Bank branch partners such as Chase Private Client advisors, financial advisors, business relationship managers, and home lending advisors. Consistently achieved, and exceeded minimum sales goals, placing near the top of the market for production in 2018 and 2019. In this role I was also an experienced manager-on-duty, assisting with various client service issues in lieu of the branch manager when they were not available.
