  • Assume full operation of all companies: Easy Truck Parts, T2T Services, WWJRE, Night Hawk Transport. Total management of daily operation, control costs, skill development, hiring, firing. Growing the companies, Budget controls, company equipment repairs, manage truck shop, manage Field service, onsite visits to customer locations, Customer service development, Team Leadership.
  • Grew field service from 7 service truck to 10 service and while keeping Technicians on 22 work days per month schedule
  • Traveled 50% of the month and while traveling through multiple state selling onsite field service and getting the company name out to possible new customers that did not know about our company and our services., while visiting current customer, and prior customer. Would visit possible new customer and establishing new relationship with new prospects and started cultivating the relation for future business.
  • Used CRM program Bigin to help grow the onsite serves in the field and track new customer and the progress of growing the relationship for T2T services. I added 60 new prospects from July of 2025 to August of 2025. This generated several new clients and new business for field services and for the truck shop in Fort Worth Texas.
  • Selling services of fabrication, refurbish of chassis and body in waste industry
  • Sell repairs to customers that would come to the Fort Worth shop and bring in new customers for future projects they wanted
  • Bid on Salve, Scrap from customer. Would sell of the salve and scrap in the states that the equipment was purchased and would arrange for transport for the pieces the company want to keep and bring back to Texas to refurbish and resell to current and new customers
