Managing all semiconductor tool install scope at Intel Ocotillo campus. Working with project team to build site safety, quality, and productivity based culture. Teaching new PE's and PM's not familiar with semiconductor specifications on how to spec out and purchase material required for the projects. Developed a quality tracker on a Kanban board for visibility and identifying where our team was needing improvement to turn over a quality product to the customer.
