Work History

Regional Manager- ESP/Cable/Capillary

01.2024 - Current

· Manage P&L and Lead an operations team of 75+ including field techs, ESP/Cable/Cap Shops, Billing/Invoicing/AR, Sales, Inventory& Purchasing, and QC

· Leading transition of a business unit still functioning in start up mode that is past its growth stage and entered it expansion stage by installing SOP’s, Purchasing and Inventory controls which includes a PO system and parts/supplies tracking procedure, working with newly installed QC group leading the path to an ISO 9001 cert, and most importantly driving a shift to a repeatable culture of safety and operational excellence throughout the 8 business units under my leadership

· Recently completed deep dive into third party and vendor pricing by installing a vendor management and procurement plan increasing visibility of costs and allowing our teams to make more informed decisions on purchasing decisions including inventory and safety stock

· Work in a fast paced environment between office, shops, and field and have in a short time met all field and shops employees in addition to direct operations managers learning all the systems, flow, overlap, and bottlenecks always being aware of improvements to ultimately produce a better product for the customer and helps the bottom line

· Landed and grew new account with TPWR 65+ strong helping to build their large water transfer/reclamation facilities and infrastructure located in the Midland and Delaware Basin south of Midland and Orla, Tx extending into Eddy County, NM

· Direct reports included an internal team of 25+ including AM’s, safety, sales, recruiters & admin.

· Absorbed and managed 20+ crew roustabout division helping to prep it for a spin off sell

· Absorbed and managed small solar maintenance division to continues to grow to this day

· Helped with purchase of existing business for use of technology

· Lead conversion of existing stacked environment units into ThermoTreat units to prove technology which heated and circulated wells with high paraffin without shutting down production and/or use of a commonly used and industry accepted use of a hot oiler

· Hired and lead operators that grew to 75-80 wells per month

· Also assisted in operations, safety, and growing customer base for parent company- EnviroVat

· Sales calls included travel to Denver, Houston, Oklahoma City, and Fort Worth

· Built lean and efficient sales team of five supporting all 19 yards in the Permian operating 85 Well Servicing Rigs, 320 Water Hauling Trucks, 1400 Frac Tanks, 6 SWD's, and Fishing and Rental Tool Equipment including 55 Bop’s

· Lead contact on multiple large accounts managing the Contracts, Pricing Agreements, KPI’s, and RFQ's and was the lead contract owner for Oxy working closely with their supply chain management group

· Responsible for marketing material, advertising, sponsorships, and local benefit events, and community involvement

· Managed all IADC contracts for the well servicing side in the Permian Basin

Coaching Baseball and TASO Umpire (High School) I was honored to lead the Northern Little League 12U All Stars to a Texas West State Championship and birth in the 2023 Southwest Regional Championship in Waco, Texas ending our Summer a few wins away from a birth in Williamsport


I have completed several multi-overnight kayak trips down the Devils and Pecos River and have gained a huge respect for the landowners and environment that we are blessed to live in


Though I grew up in the Houston area, I married into the Permian Basin and love raising my three boys here We are deeply rooted in the community and believe it was one the best places to live/work raise a family
