High-energy worker and student driven by my inability to quit or give up. An honest and hopeful soul that looks to improve any environment I find myself placed into. Graced with high level social and time management skills. I am always the first one to a potential opportunity and have been called a "Jack of all trades" due to my extensive work ethic and knowledge of technical skills, personal aptitude and general physical laboring tasks I have been subject to.
This job was my first true introduction into the world of the food industry. Here, I found myself adapting quite fast to the speed and dedication that the job required, since I oversaw making or breaking someone's date night, family dinner, or even birthday celebration. I gained great knowledge into what it means to be a cook here, and although my time was short-lived, I made the most of what I did here.
This was a summer job that I held after my freshman year of college. The work was not all that exciting; however, I did work with others my age, and this job gave me good leadership experience managing a small-scale team of employees.
This job is where I gained almost all of my working skills, such as being on time and learning how to work well with others. I quickly gained great social and communication skills from working with others and taking care of customers. In the back half of my time at subway, is where I gained my managing skills, since in my last year I was one of 4 longtime workers that were present.
This job was a little stint and was just a placeholder job after I left my previous job. This job did not necessarily teach me anything, but it was more of a laid-back summer job.
Working this job for around 2 years now, I have seen and learned quite a few new things while working here. Initially, I was a lowly line cook for around 9 months, but after a 2-week hiatus from the job, I asked to become a server. At first, my general manager was unsure of my capabilities. However, now I think he is glad he made the decision to move me out of the kitchen. Due to my experience and nature of seeking to climb the corporate ladder, I have put myself in a position to be a part-time manager at my place of work.
