Brian Grinstead

From 1995 - 2007, I dedicated myself to serving the Lord through different ministries in the local church. As an assistant pastor, I had the privilege of aiding both my father and father-in-law in preaching, teaching, & leading visitations for each of their congregations. I served in various roles alongside my wife, Faith, in Assistant Pastor, Adult Sunday School Teaching, and Youth Ministries. Her sudden and unexpected death in 2007 shook my world, leaving me to care for our two daughters alone. Despite the challenges, I never lost faith in God's plan for my life. The thought of continuing pastoral ministry without my partner was daunting, but I persevered. The Lord saw fit to allow me to remarry to yet another wonderful woman. Through my experiences in the business/corporate world over the past 17 years, I have come to understand that God's teachings come in many forms. This knowledge has helped me become a better servant of God and develop a keen understanding of how the church can equip every family to spread God's love to the lost world around us as well as help one another along life's way.
