• I Analyze engineering and production probe cards using a microscope and analyzer machine
• I ensure that analyzer machine (probe card) is properly calibrated prior to use
• I complete Probe card analysis in a timely manner to ensure proper work-flow in area
• I support engineering requests by setting up prober vision wafer test machine
• I work in a clean room environment and adhere to all clean room protocol
• Set up and verified functionality of safety equipment

• Assist Shift leads in coordinating the manufacturing team schedule.
• Identify defects and coordinate with QA department for appropriate reaction.
• Follow clean room protocol
• Assemble and inspect product used in Semi-conductor manufacturing.
• Trains new operators

 Operated machines to assemble small parts for use in the automotive industry.

 Inspected products for defects and discrepancies.

PCB Function Repair –
• Computer Notebook motherboard and Cellphone
• Troubleshooting and function repair.
• Troubleshoot the defects by using schematic diagram and

ICT Testing – testing the motherboard using internal current test machine.

AOI Test and Repair –

• visual inspection using Auto Optical Inspection machine and
• Repairing the defects using soldering equipment.
