I have a customer service background as well as skills working in fast-paced work environments. I initially gained these skills working in restaurant service which translated well to working in EMS services where calls can be highly demanding and requiring quick and accurate decision making to influence the best outcomes for patients. I have developed compassion and understanding as well as a fluid mindset to best serve the various situations we are put in as first responders. I always stride for a higher standard and to learn from my short comings as well as my victories to continue to grow as a medical provider and a person. I always try to lead openly and with honesty so as to provide my fellow co-workers with a space to communicate with me questions and embark on teaching moments.
