I was a skilled trade leader for 5 years and a process Engineer since 2011 . Jobs is to set up new molds and robots in injection molding machines to run good quality parts. work on cycle reduction and improvement .do gate freeze analysis , do a pressure and velocity curve to make sure we you are getting right pressures and fill speed for your mold. D0 minor mold repairs

• Developed process designs for new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Implemented changes in the process to increase efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Provided technical support to operations personnel throughout the plant.
• Conducted experiments to optimize product yield and improve process control.
• Evaluated current processes for cost savings opportunities or improved performance.
• Monitored daily operation of the plant's systems to ensure optimal functioning.
• Maintained documentation of all process parameters and test results.

I was a maintenance tech at Stanley where I would troubleshoot Hydraulic , electrical and  pneumatic systems on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

Had many positions at LDM . I worked as a shipping and receiving clerk 4 years . I was a maintenance tech. where I would troubleshoot hydraulic electrical and pneumatic  problems on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. I was a lead maintenance and processor tech where I scheduled press and auxiliary equipment PM's 5 years and the n a production  supervisor 2. years . where I was over 30 plus people . I scheduled operators to presses and mold changes that had to happen in a timely manner.

In the army I worked on track and wheeled vehicle, anything from changing brakes to changing out motors, transmissions to hydraulic cylinders seals . I  worked on anything that needed fixed.
