Assumed the position of Head of Operations and Analytics in January 2016, after serving as Vice President of Customer Operations from January 2014, and beginning my journey with the company as a Marketing Intern and Implementation Specialist in 2009.

• Developed standardized project management methodology and tools for new product implementations; developed machine data KPIs and reporting infrastructure to meet customer needs without increasing demand on company’s software development resources.
• Implemented company's cloud-based corporate IT infrastructure to support business objectives, integrating services including Hubspot, Zendesk, Quickbooks Online, PagerDuty, Zapier, Piesync, and Workato, among others.

• Designed, built, and maintained comprehensive 360-degree data warehouse and visualization web application, leveraging Ruby on Rails framework, Periscope Data API, and SQL Server Enterprise on AWS for seamless data integration and analysis.
  Developed geolocation B2B web application hosted on AWS, utilizing Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and Google Maps API to empower consumers to effortlessly locate and contact pharmacies using company's adherence packaging technology.
