I worked in bond check for the first year where I programmed and set up test machines to perform load deflection, proof testing, and drop testing of LORD parts to make sure they conform to LORD specifications per print. Currently, I work in the Gage Lab where I manage the Gagetrak 7.0 calibration database to track in house calibrations I perform or external calibrations which are performed by LORD approved vendors.

I operated rubber transfer presses in the press room following work instructions and shop copy prints to make sure LORD parts conform to requirements. Also, performed hand strips and part inspections following a LORD inspection plan to verify conformance.

I set up and operated assembly machines to produce the LCD series parts. Performed inspections to verify part conformance to LORD drawings.

Hurricane cleaned, blasted, phos, and alodized incoming metals in preparation for adhesive applications. Set up and operated hand spray booths, and spray machines to apply adhesive to metals following LORD controlled documents to make sure the adhesives used and adhesive thicknesses met LORD drawings.
