Accomplishments

Became top tech in the shop in a short time and began teaching new and upcoming technicians.


Through hard work and dedication and customer skills and leadership skills became service director at very young age. Maintained the position for several years with great technician growth and retention.


Grew service department profits and customer base.


Stepped into sales roll and grew our Mack truck foot print in our area by at least 200% in an area dominated by peterbilt and kenworth. Grew our Mack and Volvo customer base and increased sales, service and parts with the customer growth.


For 14 years at Transport Equipment I was the right hand to our owner and president and was entrusted with a lot of decisions and responsibility. Also during that time learned how to operate an efficient business and dealership.


One of my greatest accomplishments was heading up out Mack masters team in 2023 and taking us all the way to Allentown and New York and all the way to the finals.


Over the last 20 years I have developed a lot of problem solving skills. Staying calm and resolving issues and developing great leadership skills. Also continuing to grow my customer relationship skill along the way.
