• Hookup lights, smoke detectors, GFI outlets, and any other electrical components as needed within the axles department.
• Perform dielectric testing (hipot) before and after installing the various electrical components and lights to ensure the insulation integrity of the various electrical wires, components, lights, recepts, etc throughout the houses.
• Working effectively in a timely manner to accomplish required tasks throughout the workday.

• Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.

• Load cabinets in semi-trailers according to truckload identification and delivery sequence.
• Stock cabinets in warehouse according to truckload identification and delivery sequence.
• Palletize outgoing LTL loads
• Fill in as needed when shipping clerk is absent.

• Assign tasks to team members based on a daily rotation based on skill level to achieve success each day.
• Train new team members to gain skills necessary to complete required tasks within the warehouse.
• Complete any bills of lading and packing slips not completed before start of shift.

• Load semi-trailers according to truckload identification and delivery sequence.
• Stock Cabinets in warehouse according to truckload identification and delivery sequence.
• Palletize any outgoing LTL loads
