  • Supervises and manages the Guadalupe County SO Mental Health Unit, which I assisted in creating, and provides daily guidance and support to the Seguin PD Mental Health Unit, in accordance with a Memorandum of Understanding I helped create.
  • Engages in routine and often daily communication and collaboration with community partners such as Bluebonnet Trails, GRMC, local judges, area law enforcement agencies, and others, to assure the needs of our agency and the citizens we serve are met.
  • Instructs numerous different TCOLE mental health related courses to peace officers, and provides presentations to citizens and other entities when needed.
  • Often participates in and represents our agency at numerous different stakeholder meetings and community events
