  • Work with Engineering / FLS to optimize analyzer systems: upgrades, integration, new installs, replace obsolete, design changes, etc.
  • Work with Engineering / FLS to effectively prioritize work to complete GMOCs and high priority work effectively with cost and quality being a focus.
  • Maintenance support for CEMs: troubleshoot, repair, maintain, perform CGAs, investigate equipment failure, recommend efficiencies, increase reliability, accurate documentation and records.
  • Process GCs/Analyzers: Maintain, PM, rebuild, monitor, verify Process data compared to Analyzer results, accurate documentation and records.
  • SCIs: Monitor, test, comply/verify current procedures, comply with current practices, accurate documentation and records.
  • Safety Leader within the group by setting an example. Identify, report, and/or eliminate hazards associated with work activity. Continuous compliance with all Safety/Quality training.
  • Provide current quality installation/repair updates for Business Team, Technical, Management.
  • Ensure each job-site work area is kept clean, organized and sorted. Identify any jobsite hazards and address as job continues.
  • Effective at sorting, prioritizing, and executing schedule. Organize jobs by priority, update EM Operations, Technical, and Supervision.
  • Update all files, folders, spreadsheets, and or databases daily for 100% compliance.
  • Proficient with SAP, MRMA, reports, photos/documentation, etc.
