I started at the ELN-02 project in August. Since then I have been in every part of this structure. UPS rooms, Gen yard, data hall, admin area. I have had the chance to meet most of the ADP and salute management. I would like to be a CFT for the ELN-03 project and potentially get to train techs for future buildings. I acknowledge that I lack some of the technical information for this position. My track record shows that I am capable of learning and adapting to new information. My strengths are communicating, leading and directing. I have a strong work ethic and enjoy being on a team
I spent six years with RTL. During the last four years I conducted quality control checks on a daily basis. I trained foreman and apprentices in our trade. I built a reputation for quality work and being able to lead and motivate a crew. I enjoy being organized. I was the lead for communicating with the other trades on work scope and scheduling
In 2006 I dismantled an 1887 timber frame barn in ottertail county. I used this frame to build a lake home on Red River lake. I enjoyed this process enough to start my own salvage business. I have since dismantled over 43 structures including barns, homes, grainaries, churches and schools. I resell the wood and any other valuable items I find. This involves a great deal of communication and organization to find the buildings and ultimately the buyers
