· I started out as a lead carpenter with Werner Restoration for a year and a half then promoted to a project manager role.
· I would oversee jobs ranging from $1000- $500,000 jobs. Dealing with 10-25 jobs per quarter. Ranging about $1,500,000 per quarter.
· My job was to make sure the jobs, on schedule, to done in a timely fashion, communicate with the customers, field employees, and vendors.
· I would do reviews on my field staff quarterly and annually.
