• Operated and monitored chemical processing equipment using DCS computer software. Included the monitoring of pumps, motors, vacuum jets, heat exchangers, automatic valves, multiple mixing tanks and feed tanks, reactors, piping and vessels that are under high heat and under very low pressures. Monitored flow, heat and pressures on multiple headers that included Therminol VP-1 (DOW), cooling tower water, chilled water, domestic water, plant air, instrument air, nitrogen and steam.
