Lead commissioning and service engineer for 18+ HVDC and FACTS projects across North America. Performed high voltage electrical substation equipment installation, testing and maintenance. Project management of cyber asset deployment and CIP program implementation for multiple utilities in both the Western and Eastern Interconnections.

Small group of dedicated industry veterans performing all manner of real-time operations, engineering, compliance and project work. Numerous trips to Siemens headquarters in Germany for lab testing of prototype HVDC+ components.

Engine Room Supervisor aboard the USS Helena SSN 725 nuclear submarine, serving for one Pacific deployment and two Arctic deployments. Honorable discharge in 2009.
