• Created web applications for some of the largest and most prestigious organizations, including: Abbott, Amex, BNYMellon, Eli Lilly, Microsoft, Statestreet, TD Bank.
• The presentation layers were designed to match the client's corporate intranet branding.
• Working with the external client representatives to gather requirements, then designed, coded, and tested the applications or enhancements.

• Company Overview: Behavioral Healthcare Organization
• Part-time job taken to facilitate reentry into the IT field while rehabilitating from a stroke and obtaining a master's degree.
• Tasks involved troubleshooting various PC, network, server and applications problems as well as administering backups and servers.
• Being sole dedicated IT resource for an organization with over 100 employees and five locations, I was required to resolve issues and train users in person and over the phone, documenting solutions for recurring situations.

• Once they learned I knew how to code SQL, they asked for my assistance creating and optimizing SQL stored procedures to speed up Crystal Reports.

• Worked with users in Order Processing, Purchasing, Warehousing, Marketing, Accounting, and Data Analysis groups to develop specifications regarding additions to MACS/Ecometry software.
• Designed, coded, documented and tested modifications, as well as provided user training.
• Development was done using COBOL, SQL and HP3000 utilities.
