Corrugated Wet End Single Facer Operator responsible for quality control, safety checks, and preparation of equipment before startups putting large heavy rolls of paperboard running thru a machine with flute and pressure roll with starch and high heat for bonding the fluted medium paper to a liner creating what is called a web to be bonded to a bottom liner to create a corrugated sheet mostly with scores creating a body and flap to be slotted printed folded and bonded to a box for material handling and sale of products

Operating a Corrugated Slitter Scorer Machine Responsibilities include safety check of equipment before starting making sure all tools and PPE to perform tasks from operations to preventative maintenance and lockout tagout practices for employee safety in upset work conditions such as jam ups or removing damaged pieces of equipment from machine jam ups or equipment malfunctions. Also Quality control checks for board warp moisture and bonding quality

Operating a high speed stapling machine tape and gluing machine a corrugated facility assisting in maintenance on fixing and u keeping equipment as well as safety checks of equipment and maintaining a well organized area for all tools need to perform tasks of operation and preventative maintenance

Using Lawncare equipment lawn mower weed Wacker etc to up keep overgrowth on the property mostly weed wacking before mowing (temp Job)

Material Handling and Inventory of stock specific orders with specific measurements Safety checks on equipment and operating a band saw machine to carefully cut thick Styrofoam to fit flush inside boxes to protect items in packaging for sale. (Temp Job)

Manually Loading Trailer Trucks from a conveyor belt with home appliances such as air conditioners microwaves kitchen sets etc while being space efficient on a limited time frame (specific items counts on standard time frame to do so).
