  • Cleaning and sanitizing 5,10,30, and 60 BBL fermenters/brites for beers and seltzers.
  • Monitoring the day to day fermentation of beers with use of hydrometers.
  • Dropping off spent yeast and hops from fermenters as needed.
  • Measuring and recording the carbonation and dissolved oxygen levels of product via both Zahm & Nagel CO2 volume meter and Haffmans gehaltemeter.
  • Transferring cold crashed beer to brites.
  • Dryhopping and other additions, be it fruit(via diaphragm pump), extracts, finings, etc.
  • Harvesting generational yeast to repitch, or using fresh blocks when applicable.
  • Transferring beer to wood barrels and monitoring the water locks and development of pellicle depending on beer style.
  • Apart of the highest efficiency quarter in company's history.
  • Familiarity with recording data via Google Sheets and Ohanafy.
