  • I have been Manager Serve Safe Certified in 3 different States. I worked 30 years In Las Vegas Nevada where i ran for 10 years the number one Gaming Restaurant and Lounge ( limited to 15 gaming machine). I also defeated the smoking Law there, where you could smoke and game at the Bar. Making the Restaurant smoke free. This smoking Law benefited the Casinos but not the Individual owner.

Accomplishments

  • I apprenticed under a 4 Star Chef completing his 10 year apprenticeship program in 4 years when he had me take the American Culinary Federation test to become a member. I was not told the test i was taking was actually the test to be certified as an Executive Chef which i passed and my apprenticeship had been completed.
