Brian Quintero

My name is Brian Quintero I am 19 and I’m a current machine operator at Monterey mushrooms. I went into the job with no experience operating any of their machines at 18 and quickly achieved being one of the most consistent operators in the packing department. I am a very quick learner I like to be hands on as I’m learning something new I pay attention to the details I am told and get everything down very quick. I’m very consistent with work as I like to get things done quick but also make sure it is quality with whatever I’m working on. I like to learn new things and try to grow my knowledge everyday. I worked in tree service throughout my final year in high school and it was very fast paced and heavy work. I like challenging myself when it comes to work and i will never be afraid to try new things and keep growing as in utilizing new tools and equipment.
