officer and supervisor responsible for independently managing, developing, and recommending Army suitability policy. Technically and strategically work with the Department of the Army G-2, U.S. Army Personnel Security Center of Excellence,

Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudication Facility, and Office of Personnel Management on tracking and reporting of Army Personnel Suitability data; to ensure compliance with authorities that regulate and govern employee administration. Account and hierarchy manager within the DCS G-1, DMPM,

Suitability Division, for the following systems that regulate and govern employee administration, i.e., Defense Information System for Security (DISS); Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII), Joint Verification System (JVS) and

Central Verification System (CVS), and NP2 Portal; resulting in Army personnel currently at 56 installations receiving interim and final suitability determinations.

First Sergeant for an 87-Soldier Combat Engineer Company comprised of a Head Quarters Section, a Sapper Platoon and an Engineer Support Platoon; advises the Commander on enlisted matters, sets standards and enforces policies, regulations, and directives; responsible for the health, discipline, morale, and welfare of all Soldiers in the Company; coaches and trains Platoon Sergeants and Squad Leaders, supervises their professional development, and advises on their personnel assignments; acts as the Commanders representative in supervising aspects vital to Company Operations.
